This week in Grade 4
In order to find out about the student's holidays we did some "visible thinking" by using imagery, colours or a word. Each student picked one way to visibly express themselves, shared with a friend and then with the class. A few examples of what the students drew, coloured or wrote were; a kangaroo because "it seemed as if we hopped over the days-they went very fast", a snake because a "it was very long and my vacation felt as if it would never end", yellow- because "we were in a very sunny place", green because "I went swimming and everything felt fresh", "beautiful" was the park I visited.
